This notice explains what happens to the personal information you provide when you contact Panya Consulting through this website. It covers this website only.
01 — WHO WE ARE

02 — WHAT YOU GIVE US
The enquiry form is the one feature of this website that deliberately asks you for information. It collects your name, your company, your email address, the organisation type you select and the enquiry you write.
We do not ask for sensitive personal information through the form, and you should not send anything you would not want held in ordinary business correspondence.
03 — TECHNICAL INFORMATION
The enquiry form is rate limited to protect it from automated abuse. To do that, your IP address is read at the moment of submission and used to count recent submissions. The form also carries a hidden field and a timing check that together identify automated posts.
Beyond that, the provider hosting this website keeps ordinary server records of requests, as any web server does. We do not combine these records with anything else, and we do not use them to identify you.
04 — WHY WE PROCESS IT
We process what you send in order to read your enquiry, respond to it, take any step you have asked us to take, and manage the business correspondence that follows from it. Where the law that applies to you requires a particular basis for that processing, we rely on the basis appropriate to responding to a request you have made to us.
05 — HOW WE USE IT
Your enquiry is used to respond to you and to progress the matter you raised. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for anyone else's marketing, and we do not build an advertising profile from anything you submit through this website.
06 — WHO ELSE HANDLES IT
This website is hosted by Vercel, which also runs the function that receives the enquiry form. Your enquiry is delivered to the Panya Consulting mailbox and read by Panya personnel; that mailbox is provided by Microsoft.
Where an email delivery provider is used to carry the enquiry from this website to that mailbox, it is named here once it is in service. Until then, enquiries reach us through your own mail application.
07 — WHERE IT IS PROCESSED
Panya operates from Dubai, and the providers above run infrastructure in more than one country. Information you send may therefore be processed outside the country you sent it from. Where the law that applies to you governs such transfers, we handle them in accordance with that law.
08 — HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it is needed to deal with your enquiry and any business relationship arising from it, and no longer than we have a reason to. You can ask us to delete your correspondence at any time, and we will unless we are required to keep it.
09 — SECURITY
This website is served over an encrypted connection, the enquiry function is rate limited, and access to the Panya mailbox is restricted to Panya personnel. These are proportionate measures for a business enquiry form. No website or email system can be described as absolutely secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
10 — COOKIES AND ANALYTICS
This website sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no tag manager and no advertising or tracking pixels, and it stores nothing in your browser. That is why you are not asked to accept cookies — there is nothing to accept. If measurement is ever added, this notice will be updated before it goes live.
11 — FONTS AND EMBEDDED CONTENT
The typefaces used here, Instrument Serif and Archivo, are served from this website's own domain. No font service sees your visit. There is no embedded video, map, chat widget, social feed or comment system anywhere on this site.
12 — LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES
Links marked with ↗ lead to websites Panya does not control — hotel and developer websites on the Projects page, manufacturer websites on the Brands page, and LinkedIn. Once you follow one, that website's own privacy practices apply, not this notice.
13 — YOUR RIGHTS
Subject to the data-protection law that applies to you, you may have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, to ask us to correct it, to ask us to delete it, or to object to our processing of it. We will act on any such request to the extent that law requires.
14 — MAKING A REQUEST
Write to info@panyaconsulting.com and tell us what you would like us to do. We may need to confirm who you are before we act, so that we do not disclose one person's information to another. We will respond as promptly as we reasonably can.
